I provide specialist neuropsychological therapy and consultation for adults and older adults living with neurological conditions (conditions affecting the central nervous system). I work with all types of sequelae, such as cognitive impairment, pain, emotional regulation, and psychological adjustment.
My work integrates clinical psychology, neuropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, and evidence-based psychotherapy, and is suitable for self-funding clients as well as referrals from insurance companies and multidisciplinary teams.

For work with other parasomnias or sleep-disorders, please enquire first. There may be other clinicians more suitable to work with specialised cases; in that case, I would be happy to signpost you as appropriate. I do not currently offer intervention for somnambulism.

Specialist neuropsychological support tailored to clinical need
Neuropsychological Therapy
Therapy for the emotional and psychological impact of neurological illness, injury, pain, cognitive change, and life disruption. This may include work around adjustment, trauma, grief, identity, anxiety, depression, and living with uncertainty.
Rehabilitation-Focused Intervention
Goal-oriented psychological input to support rehabilitation, coping, engagement in treatment, confidence-building, and day-to-day functioning. Therapy can be adapted to cognitive, physical, and fatigue-related needs.
Consultation for Families & Professionals
Consultation for family members, case managers, insurers, and multidisciplinary teams where a psychologically informed formulation may support care planning, communication, or rehabilitation progress.

My approach is grounded in clinical neuropsychology and informed by contemporary, evidence-based therapy models. Depending on your needs, this may draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative approaches, and rehabilitation psychology, amongst others.

The aim is not simply symptom reduction, but helping you understand what has happened, build effective coping, and move towards a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and psychologically supported.
