Clinical Supervision

A reflective space for clinical work

I offer supervision for psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare pforessionals working in general mental health & psychology settings, as well as specialist supervision in neuropsychology and rehabiliation psychology.

As a supervisor, I place strong emphasis on learning and development within the supervisory space. Supervision often extends beyond case discussion; it is a space for reflection, ongoing professional development, and for attending to the experience of the clinician as well as the clinical work itself. My approach is formulation-led, collaborative, and grounded in psychological theory.

I work particularly with clinicians navigating complexity - including diagnostic uncertainty, overlapping presentations, and the emotional demands of therapeutic work. This includes neurological conditions, functional presentations, trauma, and adjustment to illness or injury. I supervise adult cases.

Alongside case discussion, supervision can support your development as a clinician - helping you to build confidence, refine clinical thinking, and work with greater clarity and flexibility.

I also offer supervision and reflective practice for teams, including support with team development, change, and dynamics. My approach is informed by systemic training and experience working across different healthcare settings and international contexts.
